Warranty process

• Missing parts or damage to the product: You have 5 business days from receipt of the product to report any irregularities (breakages, dents, defects, etc.). It is necessary to send evidence in the form of photos and videos .
• Manufacturing Defects: A 30-day warranty is offered for operational problems attributable to manufacturing defects.

Withdrawal policy

• Apply within 5 business days of receiving the product.
• The product must be in perfect condition , unused, with its original packaging, labels and all its complete accessories .
• Returns will not be accepted for products with scratches, stains or signs of use .
• In case of withdrawal, the buyer will assume the shipping costs.

Return process

• To make the return effective, the product must be sent properly protected , including all documents and manuals (if applicable).
